As fall has arrived I am once again Plagued with the horrible INS, so, I am re-publishing a blog I wrote in November 2007
It seems to my contorted malformed outlook towards this self labeled existence your homo sapient species declare as humanity that as "Atomic Mother Earth" has another one of her annual menopausal temperature episodes, you are dancing in cohesion to her moods and wants.
If my memory does not fail me, then, I recall that not just twenty-four hours ago I was strolling the Dan…

The Verner Clan is of true Druid origins. Therefore, Samhain is a very important time in my faith.
Thank you Sister Angel for the following explaination of Samhain (Halloween)
Samhain, October 31
Samhain (the Sow-inn), also goes by Halloween named by the Christian community. It is our period of the ends and of the beginnings, thus much the pagan ones celebrate the new year at Samhain.for Wiccans and Pagans it's considered a Sabbat to honor the ancestors who came before us. It's a good time to…

Blessings!
As this Harvest Moon approaches i offer my Love and my Light unto you!
The coming few years are to be a one"s of enlightenment and knowledge. As Bob Dylan so bluntly stated, "The Times, They Are A Changing". If you look about you shall realize that there lay a mass number of the 'New Age Hippies' or the 'Hip-Hop Hippies' appearing about you.
Society rotates. Time rotates. So, we, have rotated back into the newer version of the Age Of Aquarius. The time of peace is soo…

So, I pleasured my senses by watching "Across The Universe" for the twentieth time. As usual, I had tears roll down my cheeks, at certain points.
Emotion. Emotion. Emotion. Brought on by the mystical lyrics of Masters Lennon and McCartney. Or perhaps not.....perhaps not. Perhaps brought on by my memories of the Cultural Revolution I was blessed to live in and through during my formable years.
There can never be a repetition of the gift given to modern society by the Beatles. That t-shirt has b…

Following is a letter published on FaceBook by Kellie Smith. Kellie is the Mother of PJ "Bubz" Smith whose young life was ended in a tragic gun incident here in Toronto.
As responsible adults we cannot accept such tragedies.
It is the time we force the powers that be to change the laws concerning weapons.
It is time we band together as a singular massive voice and put an end to guns being so easily obtained by our children!!!
In the coming weeks I shall be forming a massive country wide camp…

There are numerous avenues and ways in which to offer up thanks and gratitudes for Blessings that Be.
Which one of these is best sincere to show such?
I know not, therefore I merely go with my instinctive inner voice.
"I offer my gratitude to The Creators for the life I have been given in this multiverse and space/time continuum. I am humbled by their gifts of trials, tribulations, conflicts and woes. For without these I would not be aware of the true gifts of success, overstanding, reso…

Night @ The Opera
Two family members and their friends who went to the Opera House last evening to PERFORM on stage never got to do so.
Instead Darrel "Caddy", my cousin through marriage and his close friend, Dubs, lay in intensive care after a viscous and very violent knife attack.
Caddy is recovering well and we have no idea what condition Dubs is in. They definitely need our prayer and our Light to assist in their healing in both the physical and mental aspects.
I recall a time when perfo…

Tonight I offer my gratitude, thanks and love to the Creators for their wisdom and the gift they bestowed upon me on this emotional day.
I thank them for the gift I was blessed with when allowed to return from my death in 2002. I pledge to use the Blessing of my Light to assist in healing and education.
There is no greater joy than this I feel tonight under the fullness of Sister Moon. I bask in the life forces emanating from Earth Mother and offer my humbleness and gratitudes of my inherited…

Message:
Here is a message from my FaceBook page from Reverend Brother Justin over at Stoned Monk Productions.
It is pretty well self explanatory. It is testiment to the angelic work our fellow sister Angel does at her 'LOVECRY' organization.
This woman deserves her Kudo's for her heart and wisdoms and all the personal sacrifices she has made to catch those who have fallen through the cracks of Toronto's infrastructure. Blessings All!

The Four Noble Truths
The Four Noble Truths is one of the most fundamental Buddhist teachings In broad terms, these truths relate to suffering (or dukkha), its nature, its origin, its cessation and the path leading to its cessation. They are among the truths Gautama Buddha is said to have realized during his experience of enlightenment.
1. Life means suffering.
To live means to suffer, because the human nature is not perfect and…

I was recently asked if I believed in Jesus Christ. What anxiety this raised within me - it was though I had been waiting for some soul to ask me this deep question.
Here is my mindset on this controversial topic.
I definitely believe in Jesus.
I believe he walked upon this big blue marble.
I believe he spread the words of the Creators.
I believe he was a man who was ahead of his time in the area's of logic, societal disposition and culture.
Jesus was a man.
I do NOT believe he was the SON OF…

Seasons change - the Earth changes with them. All life on this Big Blue Marble metamorphs with the enviroment change.
I change with the same rhythm as the energies of the planetary realms. Spring always brings me into a new breath of freshened astral energies. A wanton lust to make change, to stride through yet one more chapter in the walk, the walk of life.
To realign my beacon so as to enlighten my spiritual quest for inner, middle and outer peace. To accept that the universe has forgiven me…

What Breaking the Silence Means
By Dominique Lasseur
Documentary film producer Dominique Lasseur set out to explore the failures of the family court system in "Breaking the Silence: Children's Stories." But when public television broadcast the program in the fall of 2005, the father's rightsmovement was quick to react with scathing criticism and a deluge of viewer complaints. What compelled you to take on this issue? We didn't set out to produce a piece about custody issues. We had planned to…

The Stockhom Syndrom (abused children(victoms))
An Introduction To Stockholm Syndrome
People are often amazed at their own psychological conditions and reactions. Those with depression are stunned when they remember they've thought of killing themselves. Patients recovering from severe psychiatric disturbances are often shocked as they remember their symptoms and behavior during the episode. A patient with Bipolar Disorder recently told me "I can't believe I thought I could change the weather t…
