I am always impressed by Sister Angel's empyrean pool of spiritual knowledge and self-sense.  Following is an email she recently sent that just enlightened my being.

Thank you once again Angel for being the Angel you are!


Here is the email.............


I asked God-dess to take away my habit.

God-dess said, No.

It is not for Me to take away,
but for you to give it up.

I asked God-dess to make my handicapped child whole.
God-ess said, No.
God-esses spirit is whole, his body is only temporary.

I asked God-dess to grant me patience.

God-dess said, No. Patience is a by-product of tribulations;
it isn't granted, it is learned.

I asked Godess to give me happiness.

God-dess said, No. I give you blessings;
Happiness is up to you.

I asked God-dess to spare me pain.

God-dess said, No.
Suffering draws you apart from
worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God-dess to make my spirit grow.
God-dess said, No.
You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

I asked God-dess for all things that I might enjoy life.

God-dess said, No.
I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God-dess to help me LOVE others, as much as God-dess loves me.

God-dess said..." Ahhhh, now your getting it! "

THIS DAY IS YOURS. DON'T THROW IT AWAY

May the God-dess bless you and keep you,
May the God-dess make his face shine upon you,
And give you peace.
